南翔双塔旅游休闲街区坐落于嘉定区南翔镇，占地面积约14万平方米，该综合型旅游休闲街区以其深厚的历史文化底蕴、独特的江南水乡风情、古朴典雅的建筑风格、丰富多彩的文化活动和便捷舒适的旅游服务，全方位满足不同客群的多元需求，吸引市民游客前来观光休闲，致力于打造成大众心中的理想度假之地。

州桥老街旅游休闲街区

州桥老街旅游休闲街区坐落于嘉定的闹市区，占地面积约6万平方米，街区内比较完整地保存了嘉定城区历史形态，以“十字加环”的独特水系格局为核心，横沥河和练祁河上跨有7座宋、元、明、清的古桥，将水陆融为一体。千步范围内汇聚了历代古塔、旧庙、名园等建筑精华，为嘉定人文、特产的聚集地，也是展示嘉定历史文化的核心地区。

除了江南古镇“小桥、流水、人家”的建筑景观，街区以茶文化、汉文化、旗袍文化经营理念为核心，通过改造多套嘉定的本土大宅和徽派经典民居，打造出鲜明的文化风格的茶饮一条街。每年结合节假日和非遗、传统文化定期开展“青蓝季”、“塔南小集”等文商旅融合活动，为市民游客带来具有嘉定本土特色的消费体验。

西云楼文化休闲街区

西云楼文化休闲街区作为环远香湖文化带重要组成部分，位于嘉定区马陆镇，占地面积约6万平方米，街区以海派文化为主题，以西云河为纽带，拥有杜公馆、金府为代表的8处历史人文景观，还有公馆桥、三眼井、祥云双龙壁等景点，结合绿植景观带和创意造型草坪花园，形成了沿河观景游廊，致力于打造成区域品质生活地标。上海花千坊
