Delivery Terms

These terms describe how ValleyCrest Foods delivers Maa brand dairy and produce across our service area.

Delivery area

We currently offer delivery services across the DFW Metroplex (Dallas–Fort Worth area). Delivery outside this area may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.

Delivery schedule

• Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.
• We will provide an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed.
• Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select orders (subject to availability and cutoff times).

Minimum order & fees

• A minimum order value may apply for delivery.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on order size and location. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain threshold.

Product handling

Our delivery team is trained to handle temperature-sensitive products (such as dairy and paneer) with care. Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products and report any issues immediately.

Delivery acceptance

By accepting delivery, you acknowledge that the products were received in good condition. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Orders may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.
