ValleyCrest Foods sources and distributes dairy products (including paneer, ghee, and milk) and fresh produce under the Maa brand. All products are intended for commercial use by restaurants, grocery stores, and other food businesses. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that product images or descriptions are completely error-free.

3. Orders and payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Delivery of products is governed by our separate Delivery Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Delivery Terms for information regarding delivery areas, fees, scheduling, and product handling.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
• Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Order cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the “Maa” brand, is the property of ValleyCrest Foods LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyCrest Foods LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
